At a time when community conversations feel more important, and harder to fund, we wanted to find a way to meet event hosts where they are.

That's why we partnered with a few of our speakers to develop the 2027 Bold Voices Author Cohort: 16 exceptional authors and speakers whose books open the door to compelling conversations about democracy, AI, grief, identity, history, the future, and so much more.

We created this cohort with curated topic and book recommendations across fiction, nonfiction, school/community, and personal story picks to make arranging meaningful author events more transparent and accessible for libraries, schools, universities, community organizations, and others.
